Engagement Roadmap – Scope of Work

Developing model service center among high revenue generated existing service centers;

Conduct awareness workshop on the Lean Maturity Tracker. All the service centers to be braught under standrdised evaluation platform of Lean Maturity to create competition & culture across orgnisation.

Ongoing projects.

Visited selected service centers to conduct the process Audit Identified Hyderabad as model service center; Gap analysis done with respect to Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction & Employee Engagement. Implementations are in progress
